Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Open door window
- Remove rear door trim panel Removing and Installing Left or Right Rear Door Trim Panel
- With roller sun blind optional extra only:
Remove roller sun blind on side window 51 16 405 Removing and Installing/Replacing Roller Sun Blind on Side Window of Left or Right Rear Door





If necessary, lever out cover (1) in direction of arrow.

Note:
Do not tear off cover (1) in area (2).





Installation:
Following parts of cover (1) must not be damaged:
