DDE: Message (NOx sensor after SCR catalytic converter,
0x130, sensor-CAN): Message from NOx sensor after SCR
catalytic converter failed

Fault description
The diagnostic trouble code is logged when the NOx sensor
message is not received.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The following conditions must be satisfied:
- The message must be active.
- Terminal 15 must be activated.
The signals are transmitted in cycles with a periodicity of 10
ms.
The error is checked in a 10 ms time grid.

The following conditions must be satisfied:
- The message must be active.
- Terminal 15 must be activated.

Condition for fault memory entry
Debounce (1000 ms)

Action in service
1. Check wires and plug connections.
2. If wiring and plug connections are OK:
