DDE: DDE control unit internal: EEP fault when deleting

Fault description
The diagnostic trouble code is logged when it is not possible
to delete a complete sector in the DDE storage medium
(flash only), or it is not possible to complete a change of the
sector in the storage medium.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
At each sector change.
Voltage condition:
At each sector change.

Condition for fault memory entry
-None.

Action in service
Replace DDE control module.
