DDE: DDE control unit internal (EEP): EEP error when
writing

Fault description
The diagnostic trouble code is logged when more than 3
write errors occur during attempts to write a block to the
storage medium (EEPROM).

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Each time the storage medium is accessed for reading.
Voltage condition:
Each time the storage medium is accessed for reading.

Condition for fault memory entry
-None, if debounce is defined as a constant 3.

Action in service
Replace DDE control module.
