61 62 060 - Removing and installing/replacing rear window wiper motor





Special tools required:
- 61 1 370 61 1 370 Assembly Gauge






Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trim for rear lid





Disconnect plug connections (1, 2).
Release screws (3) and remove rear window wiper motor.





Replacement:
Release screws (1) and remove rear window lock (2).






Installation:
Position special tool 61 1 370 61 1 370 Assembly Gauge on drive of rear window wiper (1). Insert guide pin (2) into mounting (3) on wiper motor





Allow journal of wiper shaft bearing to snap into bore (1) with rear window wiper standing vertical.
Close window.
Tighten rear window wiper motor.
Tightening torque 61 62 8AZ 61 62 Tailgate Window Wiper.
