Removing and Installing, Sealing/Replacing Both Exhaust Manifolds

11 62 000 - Removing and installing, sealing/replacing both exhaust manifolds (N52)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove engine splash guard.
- Remove reinforcement plate.
- Remove exhaust system.
- Remove monitor sensor 11 78 545 Removing and Installing/Replacing Monitor Sensor from cylinders 4 to 6.





Release all nuts (2).
Tightening torque: 11 62 1AZ [1][2]Exhaust Manifold.
Feed out exhaust manifold (3) downwards (cylinders 1 to 3)
Release all nuts (1).
Tightening torque: 11 62 1AZ [1][2]Exhaust Manifold.
Feed out exhaust manifold (4) downwards (cylinders 4 to 6)





Assemble engine.
