Glove Box Frame

Repair instruction for grating in the glove box in the area of the Central Information Display (CID)

Cause
The dashboard is making contact with the glove box frame in the area of the Central Information Display (CID). This causes grating noises.

Repair instruction
- Remove CID
- Bond a felt strip to the narrow point between the dashboard and glove box frame, see illustration
- Install the CID
