12 14 524 Replace pulse sensor on exhaust camshaft (N54, N55)







IMPORTANT:
Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD protection). 61 35 ... Notes on ESD Protection (Electro Static Discharge)







Necessary preliminary work:
- Read out fault memory of DME control unit.
- Switch off ignition.
- Remove fan cowl. Service and Repair

Unlock connector (1) and remove.
Release screw.







Tightening torque 13 62 3AZ.

Remove pulse sensor (2).

NOTE:
Check stored fault messages.
Delete fault memory.
