Windscreen Air Duct Support

Repair instruction for windscreen air duct support / centering pin

Causes
1. The support lugs at the windscreen air duct can abrade on the front bulkhead.
2. The centering pins on the windscreen air duct rub against the bracket of the body (on vehicles up to date of manufacture 05/2008).

NOTE: Check both causes and follow the repair instructions.

Repair instruction

Cause 1
Bond felt strips onto the support lugs, see illustration.







Cause 2
Completely remove the centering pins so that no elevation remains, see illustration.
