Cause
The upper part has contact with the lower part on the windscreen air duct.

Repair instruction
- Remove the windscreen air duct
- Carry out a visual inspection of the windscreen air duct to see whether there is a narrow point between the upper part and lower part
- If necessary, replace the windscreen air duct
