- The glass sunroof can be neither opened nor closed
The glass sunroof cannot be operated using the control switch. Neither the front nor rear glass panel is moved.
- Glass sunroof only moves in steps
The glass sunroof only moves a short distance then comes to a standstill. The operating switch must be released and operated again. The glass sunroof then moves a short distance again.
- Rear glass panel misaligned
The rear glass panel is misaligned or is half open or is raised at one corner (or rarely both corners). The front panel can be moved normally.
- Rear glass panel cannot be closed from the ventilation setting
It seems that the glass panel gets stuck at the seal or that the anti-trapping protection is triggered.
