51 47 101 - Removing and installing/replacing luggage compartment floor trim panel





Version up to build date 04/05:
Lift handle (1) and remove luggage compartment floor trim panel (2).





Version from build date 04/05:
Open luggage compartment floor trim panel.
Disengage gas-filled struts at top left and right.
1. Push retainer spring to end of gas-filled strut.
2. Detach gas-filled strut from ball head.
Close luggage compartment floor trim panel.





Remove front panel for luggage compartment floor Front Panel for Luggage Compartment Floor.
Release screws (1) and lift out luggage compartment floor trim panel (2).

Installation:
Slide luggage compartment floor trim panel (2) forwards and secure screws (1) in this position.
Engage gas-filled struts, check position and function of luggage compartment floor trim panel (2).
If necessary, release screws (1) and reposition luggage compartment floor trim panel (2).
