CCC: PDC Rear View Camera Display Dim

MODEL
E70 (X5) vehicle equipped with CCC (Car Communication Computer SA 609)

SITUATION
After the QC1 is performed, when using the PDC (Park Distance Control) rear view camera, the camera display is very dim.

CAUSE
Camera brightness setting reverts to minimum setting after "Handover Inspection/Delete Transport Mode" is performed during QC1.

PROCEDURE
Prior to delivering the vehicle to the customer, check that the brightness setting for the rear view camera is set to the middle setting.
1. Turn on PDC with rear camera active and shift vehicle into reverse gear with parking brake set and foot on brake.
2. While the rear view camera display is shown, press down on controller to access the camera settings screen.
3. Scroll down and select the "Brightness" setting and press down on the controller.
4. Rotate the controller to move the bar from the minimum setting to the middle setting. Once the desired setting is set press down on the controller to store it.
