11 22 500 - Removing and installing/replacing flywheel (S85 6-speed manual gearbox)





Special tools required:
- 11 4 180 11 4 180 Screwdriver Socket Torx T60
- 11 9 260 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection
- 11 9 263 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove transmission Removing and Installing Transmission (GS6-53BZ).
- Remove clutch 6 Speed.





Secure flywheel (1) with special tools 11 9 263 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection and 11 9 260 11 9 260 Counter Support with Screw Connection.





Installation:
Fit new flywheel screws.

Tightening torque: 11 22 1AZ 11 22 Flywheel.

Release flywheel screws with special tool 11 4 180 11 4 180 Screwdriver Socket Torx T60.





Assemble engine.
