67 66 010 - Removing and installing/replacing lumbar support drive mechanism on front seat, left or right





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear panel on front seat backrest Removing and Installing/Replacing Rear Panel on Left or Right Front Seat Backrest (Normal/Manual)





Detach backrest cover (1) in area (2).





Detach backrest cover (1) in direction of arrow from backrest frame (2).





Cut through cable ties (1).
Unclip wiring harness (2) at point (3).
Disconnect plug connection (4).





Cut through cable tie (1).
Pull jacket (2) off drive unit for lumbar support (3).





Pull transparent hose (1) off drive unit for lumbar support (2).

Note:
Gently heat transparent hose (1) if stuck.

Installation:
Transparent hose (1) of drive unit for lumbar support (2) must not be kinked.

Remove drive unit for lumbar support (2).
