41 62 519 - Removing and installing/replacing left or right hinge for rear lid

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear lid Service and Repair
- Remove gas-filled strut Service and Repair
- Support convertible top compartment lid in service position Procedures





Release screw connections (1) on vehicle.
Remove hinge (2).

Installation:
Adjust rear lid on the basis of the E64 body gap dimensions .
