Replacing Servodrive for Recirculated Air Flaps (Automatic A/C High)

64 11 826 - Replacing servodrive for recirculated air flaps (automatic A/C High)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove battery negative lead Instructions for Disconnecting and Connecting Battery
- Remove glovebox





Release screw (1).
Detach right footwell air duct (2) in direction of arrow and remove towards bottom.





Release screws (1).
Fold back fuse box (2) in direction of arrow and place to one side.





Remove retainer (1).
Unclip linkage (2) in direction of arrow.
Release screw (3) and pull back holder (4) in direction of arrow.
Disconnect plug connection (5) and remove holder (4).





Press lock (1) and unclip servodrive (2) in direction of arrow from holder (3).

Installation:
If necessary, align shaft of flap(s) to be actuated to position of servodrive to be installed.
