Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove entrance cover strip, front (inside) 51 47 000 - Removing and installing / replacing entrance cover strip, front (inside) left or right right
- Remove trim for instrument panel, bottom 51 45 181 Removing and Installing/Replacing Bottom Right Trim For Instrument Panel right





Detach mucket (1) in area of side trim (3).
Release clips (2) in direction of arrow.
Pull out side trim panel (3) from carpet.





Installation:
Following parts of side trim panel (4) must not be damaged or missing:
1 - Clips
2 - Insulating mat
3 - Tabs (for inserting in carpet)
