Removing and Installing/Replacing Wiring Harness Section For Fuel Injectors On Left or Right

12 51 150 - Removing and installing/replacing wiring harness section for fuel injectors on left or right (N62, N62TU)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead
- Remove acoustic cover
- Remove ignition coil cover

Note:
The procedure is identical for both sides.
Illustrations show and descriptions refer to the left side.





Unfasten screws.
Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Remove positioning motor for eccentric shaft.
Unlock plugs on fuel injectors and disconnect.
Remove wiring harness.





Check function of DME.
