Removing And Installing Radiator

Warning: Danger of scalding!

Only perform this work after engine has cooled down.

Note: Follow instructions for working on cooling system.

Drain off and top up coolant.
Remove intake filter housing.
Remove fan cowl.

Pull locking clips (1 and 2) upwards and detach coolant hose from expansion tank/radiator.

Installation:
Check O-rings.
Under no circumstances coat O-rings with antiseize agent prior to installation.

Pull locking clip (1) upwards and detach coolant hose from expansion tank.

Installation:
Check O-rings.
Under no circumstances coat O-rings with antiseize agent prior to installation.

Unlock plug connection (1) on level sensor and disconnect.

Pull locking clip (1) upwards and detach coolant hose from radiator.

Installation:
Check O-rings.
Under no circumstances coat O-rings with antiseize agent prior to installation.

Release screw (1).

Pull radiator upwards out of mounts.
