41 62 519 Removing And Installing/Replacing Left Or Right Hinge For Rear Lid

Remove gas spring strut (1).
Open screw connections (2) on rear lid.

IMPORTANT: Secure rear lid against falling down, remove if necessary.

Open screw connections (3) on car.
Remove hinge.

Installation:
E85 body gap dimensions are the basis for rear lid adjustment.
