Replacing Trim on Window Frame of Rear Door

Removing And Installing/Replacing Trim On Window Frame Of Rear Door (Front), Left Or Right

Open door window.
Remove rear door trim panel.
Remove window cavity cover strip on outside of rear door.







Pull out window rubber guide in front area.
Carefully pull out clip (1) and lever out trim (2) in front area.







Installation:
If applicable, replace defective clips (1).







Release expansion rivet (1) on seal (2).







Release screws (1) and detach trim (2).







Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty plastic nuts (1).







Seal (1) must not be damaged.
If necessary, replace faulty clip (2) on trim (3).
