Note On Fitting A New Pipe (Air Line) & Screw Connection

Note on fitting a new pipe (Air Line) and a new screw connection

Caution:
The tubes must not be cut!
Do not dismantle the screw connection!





Tighten complete new screw connection (comprising toothed ring (1), cap screw (2) and assembly plug (3), in air spring strut and/or distributor block and/or tube (of spring to air tank).

Remove assembly plug (3).





Slide new tube (4) in as far as bulge (4.1).
(2) Cap screw
(5) Air spring strut/distributor block/pipe.
Engage toothed ring (1) by pulling gently on pipe (4).
