Adjusting Both Drive Cables For Actuation Of Glass Slide/Tilt Sunroof

Removing and installing glass slide/tilt sunroof, refer to 54 12 115
Remove drive unit with transmission for slide/tilt sunroof actuation, refer to 67 61 510







Slide mechanism (1) into zero setting.







Insert special tool 54 3 170 left/right between the guides (1) in the lifting device (2).







Lift front of special tool 54 3 170 (1) slightly and insert in control gate (2) (both drive cables are now secured in their zero setting).

Install drive unit with transmission for slide/tilt sunroof actuation, refer to 67 61 510

CAUTION: Remove special tool 54 3 170 left/right (risk of damage).

Check function.
