Expansion Valve: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing/Replacing Expansion Valve

Draw off R134a.
Remove heater bulkhead.






Release screw.







Unfasten screws and remove pressure and suction pipe.

Installation: Replace O-rings.







If necessary, release unlocking mechanism and remove circulating air flap.







Release nut (1) and lay twin pipe (2) to one side.

Installation: Replace O-rings.







Release screw and remove expansion valve.

Installation: Replace O-rings.
