54 31 018 Removing And Installing/Replacing Convertible Top Compartment

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- If necessary, remove hard top.







Open side windows and convertible top compartment lid, position clamping bar vertically.

NOTE: Support convertible top compartment lid.







Release screws all round.
Raise convertible top compartment slightly and move a little to left. Detach cable plug. Lift out convertible top compartment toward top and front.
