Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter 2, virtual ground

Fault description
O2 Sensor Negative Current Control Circuit/Open (Bank 2
Sensor 1)

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Monitoring for disconnected virtual ground wire (VM);
Diagnosis conditions:
- Overrun cutoff not active
- O2 sensor voltage is in 1.5 V range f. open wire
- No other faults are present for the LSU O2 sensor
- Fault detected through measured high internal resistance
(rinlsu2_w>1800 ohms)
Terminal condition: Engine running
Voltage condition:
battery voltage<11V oder Ubatt > 16 volts

Condition for fault memory entry
Fault monitoring criterion must remain present over 5 sec.

Action in service
Check plug / wiring harness / O2 wiring, otherwise replace
O2 sensor
