Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Despite control signal to throttle valve> No position change
visible in > 5 sec.
Terminal condition: Terminal 15=TRUE
Voltage condition:
battery voltage>7 V

Condition for fault memory entry
none

Action in service
Visual inspection of throttle valve for contamination/foreign
objects; check on Kb-B; otherwise replace DVE
