Fault description
O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Comparison of oxygen sensor before/behind cat. signals:
Sensor before cat. lean and sensor behind cat. rich
Diagnosis conditions:
- Active lambda control before cat.
- Sensor behind cat. ready for operation and checked
- Partial trim control (with sensor behind cat. active) active
Terminal condition: Engine running
Voltage condition:
battery voltage<11V oder Ubatt > 16 volts

Condition for fault memory entry
If fault conditions are present, integrate exhaust system mass
flow rate until threshold value is reached
Fault criterion:
Lambda > 1.1 (lean) and U_Cat-back sensor > 0.75 V (rich)

Action in service
1. LSU-replace O2 sensor
2. Repair exhaust system leak
3. Check wiring harness
