Electronic Balancing of Front Wheel (Finish Balancer)

Electronic Balancing of Left or Right Front Wheel (Finish Balancer)

Always balance wheels in a stationary state prior to electronic balancing.

Caution!
Balancing should always be carried out on a solid surface (concrete floor without basement).

If the displayed value for finish-balancing is more than 15 grammes on one wheel, the possible causes (e.g. inaccurate stationary balancing, wheel centering, etc.) - must be eliminated before finish-balancing is completed and the previously finish-balanced wheel must be rechecked.

Attach measuring fixture (1) to control arm for balancing.
Attachment point (2):
Outside of control arm at casting.
Use a suitable take-up pivot or additional pivot.

Caution!
Vehicle must not be loaded!

Lower car slowly.
Do not let it fall on control arm.
Otherwise wheel suspension could be damaged.

Make a chalk mark on side of tire opposite valve.
Connect wires for test sensor.
Balance wheel according to instructions supplied with balancing machine.
