Replacing Pressure Sensor For DSC (4WD)

Note:
Before beginning work:
- Switch off ignition.
- Protect brake system against unauthorized actuation.
After completing work:
- Purge front axle circuit.
- Check pressure sensor under pressure for leaks.
- Pressure sensor check by DSC system:
_ Turn on ignition and firmly depress brake pedal. Warning lamps must not come on any more.





Unlock plug connection and detach.
Installation: Ensure proper locking of plug connector.





Detach pressure sensor with special tool 34 1 290.
Installation:
- Check sealing surfaces and thread of pressure sensor and of hydraulic unit for damage.
- Screw in a new pressure sensor immediately after unscrewing the old pressure sensor.
Pressure sensor "V" and "H" to master brake cylinder 15 Nm
