54 21 XXX Roof Drip Molding Clip Bonding

NOTE: To facilitate max. bond adhesion, keep the attachment of the molding as far as possible from the bonding of the clips.

CAUTION:
- Clean bonding area immediately before application of clips.
- Do not use paint thinner under any circumstances.

Soak cleaning cloth in cleaning agent (e.g. isohexane) and clean molding channel in bonding area.
- Air drying time: ≥ 1 minute







Sticking the clips on uneven surfaces welding spots etc.) is not permitted.
Stick on clips with arrow to hard top middle.
Begin sticking of clips at front edge of hard top.







Sticking on clips:
- Mark clip position.
- Pull liner off clips.
- Place clips on marked location and press down.
- Contact pressure: ≥ 20 N/sq.cm
- Pressing time: ≥ 2 min
If they have been incorrectly stuck on, the clips can be removed with a pair of pliers.
