Removing and Installing/Replacing Top Lines on Control Unit (on Convertible Top)

54 34 XXX Removing And Installing/Replacing Top Lines On Control Unit (On Convertible Top)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- If necessary, remove hard top.
- Follow repair instructions for hydraulic system.
- Remove side trim panel at top.







Open side windows and convertible top compartment lid, position clamping bar vertically.

NOTE: Support convertible top compartment lid.







Detach hydraulic lines.
Stow convertible top in its compartment.

Installation:
The lines are designed in such a way as prevent them being mixed up. Ensure lines are in their proper positions.







Disconnect hydraulic lines at top from control unit:
- Release screw (1) and remove tab washer (2).
- Remove hydraulic lines.
