Parking Pawl: Service and Repair

Remove Or Replacing Parking Lock (Pawl/Helical Coiled Spring)
Remove valve body.
Refer to 24 30 006





Remove holder (1) from housing.

Installation:
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 24 34 3AZ





Take off holder.

Installation:
Connecting rod (2) must engage in groove of locking lever (3).





Unscrew plug (4).

Installation:
Check seal (5), replacing if necessary.
Tightening torque, refer to Technical Data 24 11 4AZ





Drive out bearing pin from inside to outside.





Remove spring (6) and parking lock lever (7).

Installation:
Install spring (6) that long arm faces locking lever (7).
