Evaporator Case: Service and Repair

Removing And Installing/Replacing Evaporator (Z3 Roaster, Z3 Coupe)

Air conditioner drained.







Unfasten screws and remove pipes.

Installation:
Replace O-rings







Unscrew holder (1).
Unfasten screw (2) and slide pipes upwards with pressure plate

Installation:
Replace O-rings







Loosen screws and take off cover.







Pull out evaporator.

Installation:
Replace O-rings
After installation evacuate, fill and check air-conditioning system for leaks.







Unfasten screws and fit expansion valve.

Installation:
Replace O-rings
