Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair

Removing and installing/replacing cooling loop for power steering (Z3)

Recycling:
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations. Draw hydraulic fluid out of tank and do not re-use.

Installation:
Bleed power steering system. Refer to Bleeding Power Steering Unit at Steering, Service and Repair.





Remove cover on radiator at bottom.
Release both hose clamps on cooling loop and detach hoses.
Remove cooling loop from front panel.
