Replacing Entire Heating Unit

Remove cover for heater air intake.







Unfasten clips and remove hoses.
Carefully blow air into the intake line to remove residual water from the heater core.

Installation instructions:Ensure that rubber seal is correctly seated.







Remove screws from heater.







Remove trim from instrument panel.
Unfasten screws on reinforcement pipe and cut through cable tie.







Unfasten screws and remove front bracket.







Unfasten left and right screws from reinforcement pipe and remove pipe.







Unfasten screws (2), remove bracket and lift out heater.

Installation instructions:Fill and bleed cooling system.
