Front Bumper Shock Absorber: Service and Repair

51 11 794 Replacing A Shock Absorber For Bumper, Front (Z3 Roadster, M Roadster, Z3 Coupe, M Coupe)

(Bumper removed)
(If necessary, remove front bumper)







Unfasten nut (1) and remove shock absorber (2).
3AZ Impact absorber/bracket to body
M6 9 Nm







Installation:
Height of bumper is determined by turning the socket head cap screw (1) on the shock absorber (2).
Adjust front bumper.
