Outside Mirrors Move to an Unknown Position when Unlocking

Situation:
With seat/mirror memory active in CKM, the mirrors move to an unknown position when unlocking the vehicle - not to the position last used for that key.

The condition occurs if the memory preset button was used during the previous ignition "on" cycle. The next time the car is unlocked (even using the same key) the mirrors moves to an unknown position. If during the ignition "on" cycle, the mirror is adjusted using the mirror switch (the memory preset buttons are not touched) the mirror reacts correctly the next time the door is unlocked.

Correction:
In case of customer complaint, demonstrate to the customer that the seat/mirror memory feature works correctly provided that the memory preset buttons are not pressed, and request that the customer use the feature this way until a fix is developed. Alternatively, if more acceptable to the customer, deactivate this feature in CKM until a fix is developed.

Do not replace any components, this will not fix the problem
