Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair

Fresh Air Actuator Drive Replacement

- Remove lower left trim for instrument panel.
- Remove regulator for evaporator.




- Unfasten screw and Unclip left footwell air outlet.

NOTE: Operation illustrated after removal.




- Unfasten screws and remove connector.

NOTE: Operation illustrated after removal.




- Press actuator drive downwards slightly and unclip actuating lever.

Installation:.
- First press actuating lever onto the shaft until it is heard to engage, then tighten down the actuator drive.
