SITUATION:
Because of supply limitations, 330i coupes and convertibles produced from September to November, 2000, that did not have the sport suspension option, were equipped with performance tires.

A letter was sent to all owners of cars so affected, advising them that if they intend to drive their car in ice or snow conditions, they may want to install all season or snow tires.

A copy of a sample letter is shown for your information.
