Replacing All Fuel Injectors

Removing And Installing/Replacing All Fuel Injectors


Turn off ignition.
Remove injection pipe,








Lift out tab washer and remove fuel injector.

Installation:
Check sealing rings of fuel injectors for damage. Replace sealing rings if damaged.
To facilitate assembly, coat sealing rings with petroleum jelly. Read out fault memory of DME control module, check stored fault messages, rectify faults, cancel fault memory.
