Replacing Rear Left or Right Side Window

Remove side trim panel,

Lowering side windows and opening convertible soft top.
Only mechanical soft top, left side:
Remove actuating lever,







Remove cavity trim (rubber) by pulling upwards and leave attached (hanging loose).
Loosen screws and remove window cavity trim.


NOTE: Front sheet nut tends to drop off easily.


Close side window.







Loosen screws and nut.
Hold side window and carefully lower the window regulator approx. 120 mm.
Remove side window by lifting upwards.







Installation note:
Preset dimensions (C) and (D) before actuating the window regulator (breakage of window glass).

Dimension (C) = 14 mm
Dimension (D) = 9 mm







Installation note:
Initial preloading adjustment:
Preset outer adjusting screw until flush.

Check function.
Adjust side window,
