Remove or replacing a control arm, bottom

Caution: After assembly, perform wheel alignment check, refer to Wheels, Tires and Alignment.





Release final drive (without detaching output shafts) refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
Move final drive back as far as possible using special tool 33 4 390.





Support trailing arm.
Unfasten screw on trailing arm.

Installation:
Tightening Torque, refer to Specifications.





Unscrew bolt on rear axle carrier.

Installation.
Tightening Torque, refer to Specifications.
