Canister Purge Control Valve: Service and Repair

Replacing Tank Vent Valve:

- Interrogate fault memory of DME control unit. Switch off ignition.




- Unfasten plug connection (1).
- Unfasten vent hose (2) by releasing lock.




- Pull tank vent valve upwards to remove from bracket.
- Press down locking bracket (2), remove hose.
- Remove hose (1).

Installation Note: Replace hose (1).

- Interrogate fault memory of DME-control unit, check faults in memory then cancel fault memory.
