Replacing Expansion Valve

Replacing Expansion Valve
- Evacuate air conditioning system.
- Remove glove box on right.




- Pull off rubber part and pry out grill.




- Remove screws from cable channel.




- Remove screws at right and bracket.




- Unclip air duct for the footwell and pry it out.




- Remove screws and tilt the control unit holder in downwards direction.




- Loosen screws and take off cover.




- Loosen screw and push up tubes with pressure disc.
- Replace O-rings.




- Loosen screws and pull out expansion valve.
- Replace O-rings.
- After installation evacuate, fill and check air-conditioning system for leaks.
