Replacing Compressor Clutch (For Seiki Compressor)

Remove compressor.







Grip drive plate with special tool 64 5 020 and unfasten screw (1). Remove drive plate.







Installation:
Check for correct clearance A (0.5... 0.8 mm) between drive plate and pulley. If necessary, adjust using shims.







Spread and remove circlip.







Remove pulley with a standard three-arm extractor tool.


Caution!
Only fit extractor lugs to the joint between magnet coil and pulley since otherwise the pulley can be damaged.







Installation:
Carefully drive pulley onto bearing seat with special tool 33 1 020.







Spread and remove circlip. Unscrew bolt (1). Disconnect plug connection (2) and remove magnet coil.
