Fan Shroud: Service and Repair

Remove upper cover from radiator.





Remove alternator cooling hose.
Remove fan wheel and fan coupling from water pump, refer to Fan Clutch, Service and Repair.





Lift expanding rivets from left and right sides of fan cowl.





Press center of fan cowl gently backwards and disconnect guide tab.
Extract fan cowl and fan jointly.





Installation: When installing fan cowl, attach left and right tabs to radiator brackets.
Connect guide tab in upper center.
