Replacing Cushion Heating Element For Sports Seat

Replacing cushion heating element for left or right sports seat

Remove seat cushion,

Remove thigh support holder,

Remove thigh support cover,

Remove seat cover,








Installation:
Heating mat is secured together with the cover on the padding.


CAUTION!
Do not damage the heating elements in heating mat.







Installation:
Lock new retainers by bending with special tool 52 0 050.

(1) Padding
(2) Retainer
(3) Securing rod in padding
(4) Securing rod in cover
(5) Heating mat
(6) Cover







Guide wires for cushion heating through seat cushion shell.

Installation:
Attach adapter cables 61 2 071 and 61 2 072 to black plug and connect to a 12 V power source.

Check function.
