Replacing Bowden Cable on Sport Seat

Removing and installing/replacing Bowden cable on sport seat, left or right


Remove front seat,

Release seat cushion padding,








Bowden cable for tilt adjustment:
Release screws.







Pull off retainer.







Installation:
Pull Bowden cable to side until the actuator is free of play, and attach a new retaining clip.







Unclip ball head.







Push cable forward and disconnect it.







Lift out inclination control in downward direction.







Press cable core (1) into cable sleeve and unhook nipple (2).







Compress retaining hooks and unclip cable.

Installation:
Ensure correct engagement.
